  3.             This is an updated version of the TRANS 1.2 program.
  4.         Trans 1.3 is a general purpose language translation program.  The
  5.         program converts text in one language to another by searching for
  6.         words in a user-created dictionary. Trans is fast and simple to 
  7.         use.
  8.  
  9.             Trans 1.3 is not copy protected.  It is freeware with a
  10.         non-mandatory contribution requested, and may be freely 
  11.         distributed.

  13.             Trans 1.3 comes with a 1,400+ word Spanish to English 
  14.         dictionary, a 1,200+ English to Spanish dictionary and a starter 
  15.         French to English dictionary.  You can easily create your own 
  16.         dictionaries.

  18.             A special utility makes reverse tarnslation dictionaries
  19.         automatically from your own dictionaries.  Dictionaries can hold
  20.         up to 13,000 words and their translations.  The program has
  21.         interactive learning to make it easy to increase it's vocabulary.

  23.           This version of TRANS is more than twice as earlier versions.
